I provide structured, goal-oriented therapy designed to help clients create meaningful change in a focused timeframe. I currently offer short-term treatment plans ranging from approximately 6–18 sessions, depending on your goals, needs, and pace of progress. My approach is collaborative, practical, and trauma-informed, helping clients move from feeling stuck toward greater clarity, stability, and confidence.

An extended psychotherapy session that supports an individual in processing feelings, emotions, thoughts, events, challenges, and other stressors in a safe confidential setting while learning coping skills and working towards a goal of their choosing with less interruption than traditional psychotherapy.
A mental health skill building activity that teaches you how to add mindfulness to your life. Mindfulness is the ability to stay in the present while understanding and accepting your feelings in that moment. Liz often uses mindfulness in psychotherapy sessions too. Coaching is specifically for individuals who only want to learn the skill of mindfulness.
